Trans MN is an online community exclusively through Discord, created with the goal to foster community among trans adults throughout the state of Minnesota.

There are a variety of groups throughout the state and in nearby states that Trans MN seeks to work with in order to provide more options for connectivity for and help build community. The statewide focus is important to provide space for folks in places that may otherwise not have other avenutes for support.

Finally, given its status as a mixed space, Trans MN seeks to uplift all gender identities and fight against trans-sexism. Regardless of expression, you should not feel unsafe or uncomfortable to participate here.

Trans MN is a revolving door, temporary or permanent, for folks seeking community, communal advice on medical or HRT related questions, or requests for resources and mutual aid.
